While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus, peace be upon him, started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

This is a necessary brief background to understand the US-Backed Zionist Israeli continuous wars against the Arab nation generally, and the Palestinian people in particular, which included the wars of 1948, 1956, 1967, 1978, 1982, the brutal crushing of the two Uprisings (1987-1993 and 2000-2004), 2009, 2012, 2014, 2021, and the current genocidal war on Gaza (October 7, 2023-Fruary 26, 2024), which has culminated a blockade of Gaza since 2007. In addition, the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime launched so many covert operations, raids, and air strikes on many Arab states since 1948.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim as well as in the English words sit and bit. So, it is incorrect to use it as a long vowel for such Arabic names as Jameel and Jibreel.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

UN expert calls for imposing sanctions on Israel to accept a ceasefire in Gaza

Monday 4-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The United Nations Special Rapporteur on the right to food, Michael Fakhri, said on Sunday that the only way to cease fire in the Gaza Strip is imposing sanctions on Israel.

Fakhri said in a post on X, “Israel has been intentionally starving the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip since October 7 of last year.”

He suggested that “famine may very well be already occurring,” stressing that “the only way to prevent starvation in the Gaza Strip is an immediate ceasefire.”

Since the start of its devastating war on the Gaza Strip about 5 months ago, the Israeli occupation authorities have cut off basic supplies of water, food, medicine, electricity and fuel to the Gaza Strip, leaving about two million and 300 thousand Palestinians suffering catastrophic humanitarian conditions.

Israel has been imposing a suffocating siege on Gaza City and the northern Gaza Strip by blocking access to food aid in these areas, resulting in the depletion of all food and potable water, and has so far led to the death of 15 children as a result of hunger, malnutrition and dehydration.

Nutrition checks at health centers and shelters found last January that nearly 16% of children under the age of two, or about one in six infants, were suffering from acute malnutrition or wasting in northern Gaza, where about half a million people are trapped with almost no food aid allowed.

Of these, nearly 3% suffer from severe wasting and serious medical complications or even death without urgent assistance, according to a recent UN report.

Reports have demonstrated parents feeding their children animal feed in hope of keeping them alive. In Rafah in the south, 5% of children under two years old suffer from acute malnutrition.

By March 3, 2024, the Israel’s brutal aggression against the Gaza Strip left 30,410 martyrs and 71,700 wounded, most of them are children and women, in addition to thousands missing under the rubble, according to the Ministry of Health in Gaza.

UNICEF: Gaza child deaths ‘likely to rapidly increase’ amid Israeli siege

Sunday 3-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) has warned that many more children in Gaza will die of dehydration and malnutrition unless there is direct intervention to provide assistance.

“There are likely more children fighting for their lives somewhere in one of Gaza’s few remaining hospitals, and likely even more children in the north unable to obtain care at all,” Adele Khodr, UNICEF regional director for the Middle East and North Africa, said in a statement.

“These tragic and horrific deaths are man-made, predictable, and entirely preventable,” she added.

UNICEF said the widespread lack of nutritious food, clean water, and medical services in Gaza is “a direct consequence of the impediments to access and multiple dangers facing UN humanitarian operations.”

According to the UN agency, nearly 16%—or one in six children under two years of age—are acutely malnourished in northern Gaza.

“Now, the child deaths we feared are here and are likely to rapidly increase unless the war ends and obstacles to humanitarian relief are immediately resolved,” Khodr warned.

She called for allowing humanitarian aid agencies to bring aid into Gaza from all possible crossings, including to northern Gaza.

Responding to the “horrific” recent deaths of at least 15 Palestinian children due to malnutrition, United Nations aid agency UNRWA said the “deaths are man-made, predictable, and entirely preventable.”

“Gaza has become hell on earth. When will the world say “enough”?”

At least 15 children have died in the past few days at the Kamal 'Idwan Hospital in Gaza City, and the enclave’s health ministry has expressed fears for the lives of the six remaining children there.

Euro-Med Monitor documented Israeli tanks running over Palestinian civilians

Sunday 3-March-2024, GENEVA, (PIC)

The Euro-Mediterranean Observatory for Human Rights reported that Israeli tanks deliberately ran over dozens of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip while they were alive.

The Monitor added in a statement on Sunday that in one such instance a Palestinian youth was deliberately run over by the Israeli occupation forces in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood of Gaza City on February 29th after his arrest and his hands being tied with plastic restraints.

The Monitor added, “We have previously documented a similar incident in which an Israeli tank deliberately ran over a mobile home in the Abraj Tayba area of Khan Younus in the southern Gaza Strip on January 23rd, where members of the Ghannam family were sleeping. This led to the martyrdom of a person and his eldest daughter, as well as the injury of their three remaining children and their wife.”

The Monitor continued: “On December 16th of 2023, we documented the tanks and bulldozers of the Israeli occupation forces running over displaced persons inside their tents in the Kamal 'Idwan Hospital square in Bait Lahya, resulting in the martyrdom of some of them, including the injured, in addition to crushing the bodies of martyrs buried in graves next to the square.”

The Euro-Med Monitor further stated that on February 20th, a Palestinian family survived after an Israeli tank ran over the tent they were staying in on the beach of Khan Younus during a surprise operation carried out by the Israeli forces.

The Euro-Med Monitor confirmed the repeated incidents of the occupation forces destroying civilian properties, especially vehicles, during their ground incursions into various areas of the Gaza Strip. The military bulldozers proceed to destroy and crush the civilian vehicles on the streets without any military necessity or other justification.

UN rights chief says ‘powder keg’ Gaza could ignite wider war

GENEVA, Monday, March 4, 2024 (WAFA) –

United Nations human rights chief Volker Turk said today the war in the Gaza Strip is a “powder keg” that could ignite a wider conflict with serious repercussions for the Middle East and beyond.

In an address to the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva on Monday, Turk said he was deeply concerned that the war – now in its 150th day – had already generated dangerous spillover in neighboring countries.

“Any spark could lead to a much broader conflagration,” Turk warned. “This would have implications for every country in the Middle East, and many beyond it.”

He added, "Incidents in which civilians were killed, especially children, paramedics and journalists, must be the subject of in-depth investigation."

"It is important to do everything possible to avoid a wider fire," Turk added.

More than 30,000 people have been killed in the ongoing bloodbath in the Gaza Strip since October 7.

Number of Gaza children dying from malnutrition rises to 16

GAZA, Monday, March 4, 2024 (WAFA) –

The number of Palestinian children who died due to malnutrition and lack of treatment had risen to 16, medical sources confirmed on Monday, shortly after the death of a child in Abu Yousuf Al-Najjar Hospital in Rafa'h.

Kamal 'Idwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip said yesterday that 15 children had died as a result of malnutrition and dehydration, and that there were six other children in intensive care.

The Gaza Strip, which has been subjected to an ongoing Israeli aggression since October 7, has been caught in extremely difficult humanitarian conditions, amounting to famine.

The Israeli authorities continue to prevent and obstruct the arrival of humanitarian aid to the Strip, especially to the northern regions, while the aid that reaches the south is not sufficient for the needs of civilians, especially in Rafa'h, which is considered the last refuge for the displaced, and which, despite its small area estimated at about 65 square kilometers, hosts more than 1.3 million Palestinians.

The United Nations has called for the activation of international humanitarian law and the Fourth Geneva Convention to safeguard the healthcare system in northern Gaza.

It has also called for a secure humanitarian corridor for the delivery of medical aid, humanitarian assistance, and fuel to avert the looming humanitarian and health catastrophe in the region.

124 Palestinian martyrs in 13 massacres in Gaza in the past 24 hours

Monday 4-March-2024, GAZA, (PIC)

The Ministry of Health in Gaza announced that the Israeli occupation army committed 13 massacres against families in the Gaza Strip, claiming the lives of 124 people and injuring 210 others in the past 24 hours.

The Ministry confirmed in a press statement on Monday that the toll of the Israeli aggression has risen to 30,534 martyrs and 71,920 injuries since October 7 last year.

A number of victims are still under the debris and on the roads, as Israeli occupation forces have been preventing ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching them.

Dr. Ashraf Al-Qidra, the spokesman for the Ministry of Health, said that over the past 150 days of the Israeli ongoing brutal aggression on the Gaza Strip, 364 health personnel have been killed and 269 others abducted, including hospital directors in Khan Younus and northern Gaza.

Al-Qidra added that the Israeli army has also destroyed 155 health institutions and knocked 32 hospitals and 53 health centers out of service.

He pointed out that 126 ambulances were targeted and completely damaged in addition to the destruction of the infrastructure of hospitals in Khan Younus and northern Gaza.

Al-Qidra stressed that the health situation is extremely catastrophic and indescribable as it is getting worse as a result of the lack of necessary medical aid.

The Israeli occupation army intentionally caused an unprecedented humanitarian and health catastrophe that contributed to the spread of epidemics and infectious diseases, he said, explaining that about one million cases of infectious diseases were monitored, amid the lack of necessary medical capabilities.

He warned that the residents of northern Gaza are grappling with death as a result of famine that has exceeded any global levels, calling on the United Nations to activate international humanitarian law to protect civilians, institutions and health personnel, and to provide survival means for the residents of the Gaza Strip to prevent the humanitarian catastrophe.

Since October 7, Israel has been waging a genocidal war on the Gaza Strip, resulting in about 120,000, martyrs, wounded, and missing, 70% of whom were women and children, in addition to the displacement of 1.9% of the population and the massive destruction of more than 60% of the Strip’s buildings and infrastructure amid an unprecedented humanitarian crisis.

The Israeli warplanes launched an air raid targeting the eastern areas of Jabalya camp, north of Gaza, and bombed a house in the Nusayrat camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that several casualties were reported in Israeli bombing of the Al-Farra family house in Al-Mawasi, northwest of the city of Khan Younus.

During the raid, an Israeli military bulldozer attempted to run over a young man while standing on the sidewalk in the vicinity of the Al-Younus roundabout, north of the city.

In Nablus, the IOFs blew up the house of the martyr, Mo'adth Al-Masry, after imposing a total siege on the surrounding areas, which led to the outbreak of violent clashes.

15 people suffered from teargas inhalation during the confrontations, while ambulance vehicles and journalists were denied access to the area.

Clashes also broke out in Salem town, east of Nablus, after a group of the illegal Israeli settlers stormed Yousuf Tomb in the city.

In Qalqilya, the IOFs stormed Habla town and violently raided several local homes.

In Ramallah, armed clashes broke out after the IOFs stormed the Al-Am'ari camp, south of the city. A Palestinian teen was killed and two others were injured during the raid.

Several young men were also detained in the refugee camp.

In Bait La'hm (Bethlehem), the IOFs rounded up two young men in Tuqu’ town and Duhaisha camp.

Ten more people were detained in Doura town in Al-Khaleel (Hebron), nine of whom are ex-prisoners.

Three other Palestinians were detained in Al-Khaleel (Hebron) city. Last night, the Israeli occupation forces brutally attacked eight young men, after detaining them for several hours at a military checkpoint in the Old City.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation regime police forces detained two young men after breaking into their family homes in Silwan and Al-'Eisawiya towns in Al-Quds (Occupied Jerusalem).

Aggression and Attacks by Illegal Israeli Settlers and Soldiers

IOFs blow up home of Palestinian martyr in Nablus

Monday 4-March-2024, NABLUS, (PIC)

The Israeli occupation forces (IOFs) have stormed the city of Nablus and demolished the apartment of Mo'adth Al-Masry, a Palestinian man killed by Israeli gunfire last year.

According to local sources, IOFs soldiers stormed the city at dawn Monday and were deployed in the surrounding neighborhoods.

The IOFs cordoned off the neighborhood, blocked roads, encircled the apartment building where the home of martyr Al-Masry was located, and forced all the residents of the building to leave the area.

Later, Israeli military engineers planted the apartment with explosives and then detonated it.

The house demolition comes in line with the Israeli policy of systematic collective punishment against Palestinian prisoners and martyrs in an attempt to deter resistance against the Israeli occupation.

Illegal Israeli settlers assault Palestinian near Nablus

NABLUS, Monday, March 4, 2024 (WAFA) –

Illegal Israeli settlers early Monday assaulted a Palestinian citizen, beating him and spraying him with pepper gas as they stormed the eastern area of the city of Nablus.

Security sources told WAFA that colonists stormed the eastern area of the city and tried to enter Joseph's Tomb, then stormed Qadri Tuqan School in the area and destroyed one of its gates.

The sources added that the colonists fled towards the road linking the town of Al-Badhan and Nablus, and severely beat a citizen and sprayed him with pepper gas.

The site of Joseph’s Tomb is contentious. Palestinians believe the site to be the funerary monument to Shaikh Yousuf Duwaikat, a local religious figure, while Israeli settlers allege it to belong to the Biblical Patriarch Joseph.

Israel  uses the Jewish nationalist name “Judea and Samaria” to refer to the occupied West Bank to reinforce its bogus claims to the territory and to give them a veneer of historical and religious legitimacy.

There are over 800,000 of the illegal Israeli settlers living in the illegal Israeli settlements in the West Bank and Al-Quds (East Jerusalem) in violation of international law.
